- administrator and account portals we make available to nonprofit organizations;
- communications by email, phone, text, chat, web forms, or similar channels;
- campaign-related pages or tools we host or operate; and
- other services we provide in connection with our platform.
1. Important role clarification
AllStar provides software and administrative services to nonprofit organizations. In many cases, a nonprofit organization using our services may collect or provide personal information relating to donors, entrants, ticket holders, volunteers, administrators, or other individuals.
Depending on the context:
- AllStar may act as an independent business collecting information for its own business purposes; and/or
- AllStar may process information on behalf of a nonprofit organization that uses our services.
If you provide information directly to a nonprofit organization, or if that organization provides your information to AllStar in connection with a campaign, the nonprofit organization’s own privacy notices may also apply.
2. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information, depending on how you interact with us or with a campaign operated through our platform:
A. Information you provide directly
This may include:
- name;
- email address;
- mailing address;
- phone number;
- organization name and role;
- account credentials;
- communications you send to us;
- support requests;
- records you upload, submit, or enter into the platform; and
- campaign-related details you choose to provide.
B. Information provided by nonprofit organizations or other users
A nonprofit organization or its authorized personnel may provide us with information about:
- administrators and staff;
- volunteers and ticket distributors;
- donors, contributors, or entrants;
- ticket holders and prize winners; and
- other individuals associated with a campaign.
This information may include contact details, ticket identifiers, campaign participation details, prize status, and related records.
C. Automatically collected information
When you use our websites or services, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, such as:
- IP address;
- browser type and device characteristics;
- operating system;
- approximate geolocation inferred from IP address;
- approximate geolocation inferred from physical address;

If campaign sponsors collect documentation from winners for tax or prize-claim purposes, that information should be collected and handled only through appropriate processes and only to the extent required.

- to create and manage accounts;
- to authenticate users and secure our systems;
- to support campaign administration and ticket management;
- to facilitate winner lookup, notifications, or campaign operations;

We do not use campaign participant information provided through our platform for cross-promotional marketing by nonprofit customers unless the nonprofit has obtained any consent required by law.

- it is necessary to perform a contract;
- it is necessary to comply with legal obligations;
- it is necessary for our legitimate business interests, where not overridden by applicable rights;

We do not sell personal information in exchange for monetary consideration. We do not share personal information for third-party cross-context behavioral advertising except as described in this Privacy Policy and as permitted by law.
