Getting started with ASF

Tickets

The first time you log into your admin panel, you will be prompted to customize your tickets and set up online payments, if you choose to activate that option. You will need the name of your fundraiser to complete the setup there.

Supporter information: If you have run an AllStar Fundraiser in the past, the support data will be stored for easier ticket entry. Simply start typing the name in the search bar and click the correct option that pops up. This information will automatically populate in the ticket entry spaces.

Entering a ticket: To enter your first ticket, navigate to the Tickets page in your admin dashboard. (You can find your dashboard at admin.asfun.io. Log in with the email and password you created on sign up.) In the Ticket Entry spaces, enter all the information as it appears on the ticket stub. To use the map feature in the dashboard, the address fields need to be completely filled out. Contact information is crucial for contacting winners and distributing prizes.

Searching tickets: You can use the search bar to search for supporters and tickets. If you search for a ticket, all information attached to the ticket will fill into the Ticket Entry fields. You will also see the weekly teams and any other tickets sold to the same supporter and by the same seller to the right of the search bar.

Deleting tickets: Should you find it necessary to delete a ticket, navigate to the Management tab. At the bottom of the page, you will see a delete ticket widget. Enter the ticket number and the reason for deleting into this widget. This action cannot be reversed, so be certain it is the action you want to take before clicking “delete.”
