Basics
AllStar Fundraiser (ASF): A program built from the ground up in 2008 to make the process of raising more money easier and worthwhile.
Partner (clients): Most likely, this is the organization you are with! Organizations could be schools, nonprofits, organizations, churches, civic groups.
Supporter (buyers): People or business who purchase tickets through a partner
Group: An optional function to help split ticket sales. These are often Chess Club, Football, St. Catherine Knights, etc.
User: A person who is given access to your admin site to assist in management of your fundraiser.
Ticket: Item that makes the group money. This raffle ticket is exchanged for money either in person or online for a donation of $20.
Admin Panel/Site: Where partners go to manage their fundraiser.
Dashboard: Where you quickly view your fundraisers progress.
Ticket Dashboard: All print ticket sales will need to be entered into this dashboard. This is where you can verify a ticket score.
Report Dashboard: Easily view different metrics about your fundraiser and download previous years’ supporter information.
Management Dashboard: Add users or groups as well as set default groups for easier fundraising maintenance.
Website Dashboard: Where you customize your supporter facing, custom website. Easily change the theme color and add your support contact informat
